We set ourselves the goal of developing a range of flowers of salt and sea salt with 100% organic spices of typical products of the island of Ré, and promoting the quality image of the island through its regional products in France and abroad.
Since 1986, our determination is total to safeguard the salt marshes of the island of Ré.
In 1994, we base the company “Spirit of Salt.” This company is our commitment to maintaining and safeguarding the heritage VALAUR marshes. It is culturally and economically upgrade the products from the traditional salt marsh: the gray sea salt and sea salt from the island of Ré.
Our challenge is to develop and market products “marine” rétais, high quality, original and varied with the central theme of the salt marshes and the sea; products claiming compliance with a tradition, which claim a roadside value and meet environmental concern.
